    If Timoshenko is an agent of the Russian FSB and works for Putin, who in the Ukrainian government works for the American CIA?

    I tend to view her as an agent unto herself, willing to trade if the trade benefits her.

    Yushchenko clearly falls short of being a U.S. agent of influence, if measured in terms of quantifiable results, such as securing membership in NATO, which I support.
