Fire Consumes Ammo Depot in Kharkiv Oblast

Watch a belated 1+1 video of a recent fire at an ammo depot in Lozova, Kharkiv oblast. The fire severely damaged neighboring homes, spraying them with shells and bullets.




In 2004, 2005, 2006 massive fires broke out at an ammo depot in Novobohdanivka, Zaporizhia oblast.

It just keeps happening and happening, fire after fire. Is it due to poor maintenance practice? If so then isn't there a learning process, like "how do we prevent this from happening in the future?"

The same déjà vu thing keeps happening in the Ukrainian coal mining industry.

There is a learning curve… but not enough learners.
