Ah, but will the Coalition accept the ruling of the Constitutional Court? It has not said that it will. They are using the wait and see tactic and if it is not in their favor, they may not even accept the ruling but try to change the judges.
You’re right, that’s the big question. It ain’t over till it’s over. We should also factor in the Holovaty acquisition and any impact it may have on the Council of Europe decision-making process. We shouldn’t discount the power of the almighty euro.
