The ‘NUNS on the Run’ List

The following NUNS MPs refuse to sign the Orange Coalition agreement:

Stanislav Dovhy
Yuriy Yekhanurov
Ihor Kril
Mykola Onishchuk
Ihor Palytsya
Vasyl Petyovka
Ivan Plyushch
Viktor Topolov

According to Ukrayinska Pravda sources, this diverse group of conscientious objectors has reservations about the agreement. Why doesn’t this G8 hold a summit and tell their voters more about it?

What Great and Holy Principle are these idiots holding out for?

Talk about snatching defeat from the jaws of victory - here it is, led by a morbidly fat old guy, Plyushch, who should have been gone a long time ago.

For what purpose, and to what end?

Elmer, it’s crystal clear that their agenda has nothing to do with “one law for all.”

Plyushch is a Yushchenko appointee. Onishchuk is a former ally of Kinakh. Yekhanurov is a shyrka fan. Palytsya is a friend of Kolomoisky. Kril is a friend of Petyovka. Petyovka is allied with Baloha. Topolov is a former minister of the coal mining industry. Dovhy is the father of a Chernovetsky deputy.

Get the picture?

Hi Taras:

What are the numbers if these eight desert NUNS/BYUT and joint Yanuk? Any word on how much POR is paying/offering to pay defectors this time?

They have veto power. Their refusal effectively kills the Orange Coalition. Tymoshenko talks about offers of $10 million. For a party with a net worth of $20 billion, it’s no big deal.
