Putin + Azarov = Friends Forever
Trading honors and awards is a popular ego-boosting sport among the post-Soviet elites. Sometimes it’s grandiose, as in Azarov’s case. Other times it’s gross, as in Potebenko’s case.
For distinguished contribution to the development of trade and economic relations between the Russian Federation and Ukraine, for strengthening friendship and cooperation between the Russian and Ukrainian peoples, may the ORDER OF FRIENDSHIP be granted to AZAROV Nikolai Yanovich, First Vice-Premier and Finance Minister of Ukraine.
President of the Russian Federation, V. Putin

Dude get with it hang out with the teens, even I know it is BFF (best friends forever):)
(pls. stop pls. - it is reminiscent of being tickled repeatedly and incessantly - my stomach is cramping. ROFL)
Sheer absolute lunacy but just goes to show. And worst news is that PoR got hold of head of Budget committee. Lunacy. Will probably end up being Azarov in that spot.

I don't know about teens, but beauty queens do get some mention these days, don’t they:)?
And yes, now that the botched Tymo vote has thrown another couple of golden eggs into the would-be opposition’s basket, Azarov’s financial genius may still be treasured.
