Kyiv Mayor Leonid Chernovetsky: Police have been trying to hand Chernovetsky a subpoena for two days but with no success: he never came to work. They finally succeeded today when the Mayor was opening a kindergarten in the capital. In this police footage, the Mayor takes the subpoena into this hands, takes a look, and gives it to the bodyguard. The bodyguard, not knowing what to do with it, gives it back to the police officers. Exactly what piece of the anti-corruption code the Mayor has violated police promised to explain tomorrow.
